OUR STORY
The Hands Off Foundation INC is committed to creating a community that will not stand for 28 million women being sexually assaulted each year. The Hands Off Foundation is a non-profit organization that is focused on providing women and children affected by sexual violence with the resources they need.
Specifically, we provide secure housing, access to therapeutic rejuvenation services and a team feel during the recovery process.
The Hands Off Foundation is looking to raise funds so that we can build and furnish a state-of-the-art facility that will allow us to provide housing & therapeutic services for women and children. We believe that you shouldn't have to worry about housing and transportation to therapy while trying to recover from a traumatic event that should never EVER take place.

One of our essential programs is the provision of transitional housing. The foundation's goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment for those in need, allowing them to rebuild their lives and transition towards stable, independent living. Our desire for transitional housing goes beyond merely offering shelter; it encompasses a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet each individual's unique needs.

We utilize the following framework in our work readiness program:
1. Holistic Skill Development: Crafting a comprehensive approach to building essential work-related skills among your beneficiaries.
2. Industry-Relevant Training: Identifying the industries or sectors that offer significant employment opportunities for your target population.
3. Technology Integration: Exploring ways to embrace and incorporate technology into work readiness programs.
4. Mentorship and Networking: Establish mentorship programs that connect your beneficiaries with experienced professionals in their desired fields.
5. Career Counseling and Job Placement: Develop robust career counseling services to help participants explore various career paths, set achievable goals, and navigate the job search process.
6. Continuous Support and Follow-up: A framework for ongoing support and follow-up with individuals who have completed the work readiness programs.
7. Evaluation and Improvement: Implement an assessment and evaluation system to continuously monitor the effectiveness of work readiness programs.
GROW
The Hands Off Foundation Inc. offers a transformative and healing journey through our innovative Grow Therapeutic Process. This empowering program is designed to guide individuals toward personal growth, emotional well-being, and self-discovery. Through a combination of therapeutic modalities, including counseling, art therapy, mindfulness practices, and group activities, participants embark on a profound exploration of their inner selves.

180-Day Rejuvenation Program
We have partnered with industry experts to bridge the gap between bringing awareness, fighting injustice, and building strong individuals with a replacement lease on life. We understand that asking someone to blow the whistle on their alleged attacker simply isn't fair and it's dangerous.
We worked tirelessly on our Live - Work - Grow 180-day Hands Off Program which will lighten the load and supply a secure haven against sexual violence crimes. We do that by building sustainable communities that facilitate an environment suitable for fulfillment.
We will usher in a uniform flow of thought leaders within the mind, body, and soul category in order to exponentially increase the strength and confidence of sexual violence survivors.
WHO WE SERVE & WHAT IS OUR APPROACH
Women and children who have been admitted into the program. This admittance has been determined by qualifying leads from our partnerships with local law enforcement, as well as assessments that have been completed and signed off by licensed psychologist, therapist and doctors.
Our approach to helping our clientele is based on that of consistency and created normalcy. We achieved this by giving our clientele a rigorous schedule that is similar or reminiscent of that as a college student schedule. All class facilitators are vetted, contracted and improved through our human resources team that has over 20 years of experience. The class leaders are always well respected, dedicated thought leaders focused on creating a change that we can all be proud of. The program is a 6-month program that has a specific focus for each month.
